From the office to Jianbei factory - immersive visit and learning

Feb 10,2026

This visit is not just a simple trip, it is an in-depth learning journey. Recently, Jianbei employees embarked on a journey from the office to their own factory with excitement. This is not just an ordinary visit, but a learning opportunity that combines theory and practice. Our goal is very clear: not for display, nor for going through the motions, but to closely connect those "production" concepts that only exist in paper and data with the real work site. The entire itinerary was designed to be neither complicated nor lengthy, but it greatly helped us understand every detail of the product, as well as the rhythm of the production process and subtleties that are easily overlooked in daily work.

From the office to the factory site: In our daily work, we often deal with documents, pictures and parameters, and most of our understanding of the factory comes from those carefully organized materials. However, when we actually stepped into the factory and witnessed the operation of the machinery, the busyness of the employees, and the birth process of the products, we really felt the huge difference between the two. This difference is not only visual, but also shocking to the soul.

The spatial layout of the production area, the placement of equipment, the actual operating status of personnel, and the connection between different processes are all more intuitive than what is shown in the data. Many details, such as which processes require waiting time and which steps require a higher order of operations, are difficult to fully understand without first-hand knowledge. In every corner of the factory, we can see the focused eyes and skillful movements of employees, which give us a deeper understanding of the production process.

Further understanding of the production process: In the factory, we learned the basic process in sequence from raw material processing to pre-finished product inspection. The processing and processing methods at different stages, the connection and conversion between each process, and the inspection steps that finished products need to go through before leaving the factory. These processes appear to be "standard descriptions" in the data, but only on site can you truly feel how they are executed. Every step is full of precision and rigor, and every process reflects Jianbei's persistent pursuit of product quality.
Some details observed on site: During the visit, everyone was more observing and recording rather than simply "looking over". For example, which links run continuously, which areas require manual cooperation, and which steps must control time and conditions, all of which can be seen clearly on site. It is these details that give us a more complete understanding of the production process, rather than just staying at the conceptual level. We began to understand that every small detail may affect the quality of the final product, and every link is crucial.

Finished product warehouse: The most intuitive part that corresponds to the information. During the visit, we focused on the finished product warehouse area. Finished products are stored according to different categories and batches, and the corresponding labels, batch information and storage areas are relatively clear. Products of different specifications will be placed in zones according to actual conditions to facilitate subsequent management and delivery. In the finished product warehouse, you can intuitively see that the concept of "finished product" has changed from a document to a physical object, and you can also more clearly understand the relationship between inventory, batches and delivery. Every product carries Jianbei's commitment to quality, and the management of each batch reflects our respect and responsibility for our customers.

Laboratory: Workspace surrounding daily testing We then visited the laboratory area. This is mainly responsible for daily testing and data recording related work. It is a relatively independent part of the production process but closely related to production. The work in the laboratory is more detailed and repetitive, requiring corresponding testing and recording according to different products. Through on-site understanding, we also have a more specific understanding of the testing items mentioned in the product information. Every report and every data is our guarantee of product safety and quality.

Microbiology room: An independent area dedicated to related testing is outside the laboratory, and there is also a separate microbiology room. This area is relatively independent from other spaces and is mainly used for microbial-related detection work. During the visit, we also learned about the daily operating procedures and usage specifications. These contents are often just one-line explanations in the usual external materials, but on site we can see the actual working status more clearly. Here, we have witnessed the perfect combination of science and technology, and every step of the operation reflects Jianbei's great emphasis on product safety.

Compared with information and pictures, the processes and details seen on site are more specific and more helpful in understanding the status of products in actual production and management. These actual understandings will provide a reference for subsequent compilation of product information and communication on production-related issues. The tour itself was uncomplicated, but it transformed the "factory" from a concept into a clear, palpable daily operation. It is not only an opportunity to learn, but also a touch of the soul, which gives us a new understanding and respect for Jianbei's products and production process.
